The Brazil Butt Lift System: An Honest & Complete Review

I already own P90X & TurboFire which provide me with very well rounded cardio & weight training workouts.  Why do I need Brazil Butt Lift? This is the question that kept me from buying my Brazil Butt Lift system right away. I kept seeing that infomercial though & I finally caved.  I have always been a pear shape so I knew some extra butt & thigh work certainly wouldn’t hurt. Plus I have noticed recently that my butt is looking a bit more flat than it had been before my 4th baby was born. This was probably the most compelling reason for me finally pulling out my credit card & ordering. My mom has always joked about how the older she gets the more her butt runs down the back of her thighs. I could hear her voice in my head one morning as I was looking in the mirror, checking out my flattening bum. I was not about to let this go any further. I wanted that firm, lifted & shapely butt, not a flat one that is making a run for it.  So I ordered Brazil Butt Lift & anxiously awaited its arrival. UPS delivered a Beachbody box about a week after I placed my order. I couldn’t wait to open it up & check out the system.
What’s Included:
The meat of the system is the 3 DVDs containing 6+ workouts. On the first DVD is “Booty Basics” which is more of an instructional, how-to video that shows you how to complete the exercises used in the Brazil Butt Lift workouts with good form so you can get the most out of them. This is not a workout you are going to do a whole lot. You will do it maybe once or twice to get the hang of the exercises & then move on to the actual workouts. Also on the DVD is the “Bum Bum” (pronounced Boom Boom) workout which is billed as Leandro Carvalho’s signature workout. It is a 35 minute long cardio & lower body sculpting workout. Honestly, having done TurboFire up to this point, I wasn’t expecting much as far as cardio work goes. Boy was I wrong! Bum Bum is fast paced lunges & squats mixed with some jumping exercises (which can be modified if you would rather keep things low impact). I was surprisingly winded. Better yet, I was sore the next day. This was definitely working my glutes & thighs. Plus at only 35 minutes I know I can work this into even my busy days. There is also a “Bum Bum Rapido” option which is a short 10 minutes for days when you literally have NO time for a workout. Also included is “Bum Bum Live” which is a similar workout but filmed with only Leandro & one girl in a loft. The production quality isn’t quite as high as the regular Bum Bum workout, but it’s there is you ever want to change things up.
Disc two includes “High & Tight” & “Sculpt”.  High & Tight was the workout I was most interested in trying. It uses the resistance band or “Booty Band” that was included in the system & ankle weights which are included if you purchase the Deluxe Brazil Butt Lift system but not with the basic system that I purchased.  I ended up purchasing my ankle weights separately. However, since I ordered them later, I didn’t have them for the first few times I did High & Tight. Leandro says they are optional & you will still work hard even without them. He is right. This is one workout that has some serious heat behind it. My thighs – both inner & outer, as well as my glutes were burning like someone had a blowtorch on them. The main menu gives you the option to do 1) Standing work with the band 2) Floor work with the band 3) Floor work with ankle weights or 4) Play All. I will tell you right now the Play All option is a killer. I still have to take mid-set breaks in this one. One interesting note: I am always amazed at the burning I feel during High & Tight, but I don’t have much next day soreness. Whereas with Bum Bum I don’t have near the burning while working out but definitely have next day soreness. However, I do know they are both doing their job & really working my butt & thighs from all angles!  Sculpt is the longest workout in the Brazil Butt Lift system, clocking in at 50 minutes. It is a complete body workout but I felt the most work in my obliques & shoulders.  That is until the next morning when my chest (I went heavy on the flys) & hamstrings let me know they got plenty of work as well. In fact, 2 days later my hamstrings were still complaining.  It has some inventive moves in it, “The Mermaid” for instance, which is quite difficult.  The more recognizable moves are also there, done at varying tempos & at some points fast enough that is becomes cardiovascular exercise as well. The guide tells you beginners should use 3-5 lbs weights, intermediate 5-8 lbs, & advanced 8-10 lbs. Bands are also an option if you do not have weights. The programs moves quickly so there isn’t much time to be switching from one set of dumbbells to the other & from the looks of it Leandro & cast only use 1 set of weights the entire time.  When the workout switches over to the girls working out on the beach I was surprised to see they were using tiny little weights. I’d say they were 3lbs MAX, but probably more like 1 or 2. It’s a minor detail but I found it annoying – especially since when I noticed it I was using my 8’s. Overall it’s not my favorite workout. There are other weight workouts I would rather do, but it is definitely an effective workout & that’s what counts. Who knows, maybe it will grow on me.
Disc 3 includes “Cardio Axe” & “Tummy Tuck”.  Cardio Axe (pronounced “ah-shay”) is a quick 30 minutes cardio dance routine (& by dance I mean Latin dance: Samba, Lambada, etc). The first time I did the workout I have to admit I didn’t get a great sweat on; I was too busy trying to learn the moves. My advice – don’t judge the workout after only one try. The more you do it & the better you know the moves the more fun it is & the harder you will work.  I had never done any Latin dances before so it took me a couple times to get it all down. Keep at it – it’s fun once you know all the steps. “Tummy Tuck” is a 20 minute intense ab workout. It’s nothing new or earth shattering but it’s effective. I was sore for days. I had my older 2 boys try it with me one evening. There were a lot of interesting comments from them, but my favorite was from my 7-year-old who said, “This guy is way more mean than our PE teacher. She doesn’t make us do this many crunches.”
Also included is the Booty Makeover Guide. This little guidebook spells out the specifics of the program & helps you identify your specific butt type & choose the workout plan tailored to that type. Too flat or square butts follow the Lift & Shape workout calendar. Pear shapes follow the Slim & Shape plan. Butts that are just “too big” follow the Slim & Lift calendar. Finally, the people who are lucky enough to have a combination of these attractive sounding butts follow the Classic program.  No matter which butt type you fall under, each plan is only 4 weeks long – a point which I found very refreshing after all of the 90 day programs.  All the programs have you working out 5 or 6 days a week. Some days you will be doing 1 workout, some days 2. Most days your workout will last somewhere between 30 minutes to 65 minutes. The Lift & Shape program & the Slim & Shape program each have 1 day in the month where you will do 3 workouts that day: Cardio Axe (30 min.) Bum Bum (35 min.) & Tummy Tuck (20 min.) While 85 minutes is a long workout, there is a lot of variety in it. Plus you can always break it up & do it at different times during the day.
The included Fat-Burning Food Guide is perhaps my favorite food guide of all the fitness systems I have seen! It has recipes that are very realistic for everyday life. They don’t take forever to prepare & are foods I actually enjoy. Plus it’s all mix & match: pick any breakfast, any lunch & any dinner. Add a snack or 2 based on your calculated calorie target & that’s it. Breakfasts are in the 250 calorie range, lunches 350 & dinners are approximately 400 calories. There are snack lists for both 100 calorie & 200 calorie snacks, as well as a substitution list to account for personal likes/dislikes, food allergies & seasonal fruits & veggies. There is also a short section on dining out that gives some “safe” options in various popular cuisines.  I have made several of the included recipes & have enjoyed each one. Plus several of the dinners include a dessert! Granted, they are usually fruit based, but it’s still something sweet at the end of the meal. My personal favorite dessert is ½ cup chopped strawberries with 1 Tbs low-fat ricotta mixed with a bit of Stevia & cinnamon. It was surprisingly good!
The 6-Day Supermodel Slimdown Plan is supposed to help you lose up to 6 lbs & 6 inches in 6 days. It may very well deliver – I just haven’t tried it.  For the most part the meals look very do-able. However the big roadblock for me is the 3 or 4 meals that are fish. I am not a seafood girl. Granted, I could figure out substitutions but I just haven’t gotten that far yet. Plus each day your calorie total is hovering at about 1000. That tends to make me nervous. I know it’s only 6 days but 1000 calories a day is really low & I know I would be hungry. I don’t much like being hungry – especially for 6 days in a row. But with the calories that low you will probably lose some significant weight. I will most likely hold on to this plan for when I have a wedding or class reunion or something looming in the near future & give it a go then.
The Triangle Training Cards are basically flash cards featuring the main Brazil Butt Lift exercises. I’m not sure when you would use these unless you are vacationing somewhere that doesn’t have a DVD player & you need to do some butt lifting. The only thing I can picture is being out camping & lying in the dirt doing the clam. For me, it’s not happening.
Measurement Tracker & Tape Measure: If you have ever ordered anything from Beachbody you most likely own these already.  It’s the same old measurement card & basic white measuring tape with the Beachbody logo on it.
The Resistance Band or Booty Band is a great tool. It’s so small & compact yet packs a big punch. It is surprising how much resistance this little band can provide & how it can make you hips & thighs burn. The basic kit comes with the yellow band which is light resistance – though it doesn’t feel light when you are using it. If you order the Deluxe System you also get a green & red band which are medium & heavy resistance. You can also purchase these separately here. I ended up ordering the medium green band so the workout will “grow” with me. It’s an inexpensive way for me to make sure my results keep on coming & I stay challenged.
Finally, your Brazil Butt lift system comes with… Wait for it… A PENCIL! Woohoo! I thought this was such a laugh. The line in the infomercial, “You even get a pencil to see if you can pass the pencil test!” was a total joke. Seriously? A pencil? I’m supposed to be excited about that? Well I got my yellow pencil with “Brazil Butt Lift” printed on it & promptly tried the famous pencil test & failed. Seriously, I’m not liking this pencil thing. Well about 2 weeks into doing the workouts, eating well & staying in my calorie budget I tried again. The pencil fell. THE PENCIL FELL! Ok, maybe this pencil thing isn’t so laughable…
BONUS: Right now when you order Brazil Butt Lift through an Independent Team Beachbody coach you get a bonus workout: Brazil Butt Lift Secret Weapon. This workout is once again slightly lower production quality. It’s Leandro & model Marissa in a large loft space. If you are working out on a hard flooring surface (i.e. hardwood floors) you need a towel so your foot can slide across the floor. If you are working out on carpeting you take off your shoes & wear socks so you can slide. The workout itself has very few exercises in its 20 minutes. Mostly lunges & squats with one leg sliding either to the side or the back. Basically it feels like 1-legged lunges & squats. You do these same exercises over & over & over again, changing up the tempo & combining them together. Sounds easy enough, right? WRONG. Legs, butt, burning… Must take mid-set breaks… I felt muscle fatigue later that day & soreness the next. It works you hard. So yeah, it doesn’t look as polished as the other Brazil Butt Lift workouts, but it is an effective workout that will change the shape of your lower body. Plus you can get it free – but only if you order from your coach – not the infomercial.
Overall I am really glad I purchased the Brazil Butt Lift system. Leandro guarantees your body is going to change & I wholeheartedly believe him. After 2 weeks I noticed a difference. Better yet, OTHERS have noticed a difference.  I cannot wait to see what my results are after I complete the entire month & beyond.  I’ll post my before & after pictures as well as inches lost once my transformation is complete.
I’m off to go strap on my ankle weight & do a little butt lifting. See you all in WOWY!

  1. Michelle,
I’m really wondering if all this is truly worth $60…I know you have results and you feel it’s been worth discovering the exercises, but I REALLY don’t want to get scammed 1) that it just isn’t a value and 2)my credit card information gets caught on an ordering spool where they just keep sending/charging you for crap…I’ve had that happen…thanks for your time and your honesty! :)

    • Hi Sandy! I can totally understand you being hesitant since you have been burned before. Here is my advice: Order it by clicking the link in my post & I will be assigned as your coach. I can then help & support you throughout the program & beyond. I can also “go-to-bat” for you & help steer you to the right channels should you have a problem. But honestly, I don’t see that happening. Beachbody has received an A+ rating from the BBB. If you are only buying this program, there is nothing for you to continue being billed for. If you were to buy Shakeology or any supplement on Home Direct, that would mean a monthly fee & auto shipment, or if you upgraded to the VIP club membership that is $2.99 per week billed quarterly at $38.87. As long as you only order BBL – there is nothing else for you to be charged. I can also verify this for you once your order is placed. :) Also, just because I like BBL, doesn’t mean EVERYONE will! If you decide it’s not for you or not worth the $60, send it back. There is a money-back guarantee. Let me know if you have any other questions & feel free to email me at support@michellesfitlife.com. I am happy to help in anyway I can!

      • You are AMAZING! I don’t think I have ever had this kind of prompt/personal response before…thank you so much for taking the time to address my inquiry…I will be considering this very seriously…and I will take you up on the “email me anytime”… :)

  2. Hi there! I gained 10 pounds in the last year and am trying to get rid of it. I got BBL for Christmas and threw it to the side, thinking tthere were other things I should be doing that are better (??? Don’t ask.) I tried running, jogging, and the elliptical but loathe all because they’re way to boring. I found myself dreading them, so I stopped and picked up BBL off my dusty shelf. I currently do Pilates – both mat and equipment – 4x a week but need some cardio. I enjoy the “bum bum” DVD and was wondering if it counts as a solid cardio session? Any others in this set that count as cardio? I was breathing hard and sweating, and my legs felt like they’re liquified, but I don’t want to be missing the mark on getting solid cardio in. Thanks for any tips you provide.

    • Jill! Heck YES I would count Bum Bum as some cardio! I huff & puff through that one! Yes – it has some strength moves in it too, but the tempo screams cardio! The other cardio in the system is Cardio Axe. I can completely relate being board with running & cardio machines. I’m the same way. You really need to find a workout you LOVE so you will continue to do it! & don’t forget your nutrition too – it’s 80% if a great body! The nutrition guide in BBL is one of my all time favorites! Try the salad with chicken & mango – it is sooooo yummy! Let me know if you have any other questions! ~Michelle

  3. In the fat burning food guide there is a subsitution list it was the only reason I could do it, also you can add a large salad with every meal and a 100 calorie snack if needed (also in the fat burning foods) Good luck!!!

  4. I was wondering if this works for shaping and sculpting? I run twice a week, walk once, and do pilates 3 times a week. I don’t want to lose weight, I need some more lift and tone in my butt. is this right for me?

    • Heck yes! You could probably skip the Cardio Axe workout since it sounds like you are getting enough cardio already. But definitely, the Bum Bum, High & Tight, & Sculpt workouts will tone & lift like nobody’s business! I have seen lots of runners who have totally flat butts – If you do this you will not be one of them! Please keep me posted Sara – I would LOVE to hear how it is working for you!

  5. Hi there

I am 22 and am 5’9″ and 154 pounds. I have always had a tiny upper body but a more muscular lower body. My thighs and booty are a little loose right now and I am really wanting to get down to 140 pounds in the next three months. I was 143 about a year ago so I know that I can do it. Do you think this program is great for losing weight? I run a couple miles three times a week but that hasn’t really been helping. Let me know :) Thank you so so much!

    • Hi Jenny! I think this program can definitely help you lose weight, BUT it needs to be coupled with solid nutrition too. The saying,” You can’t out exercise a bad diet” is very true. Luckily BBL comes with a great nutrition guide with some fab recipes. Also, I always recommend going off measurements rather than the scale. The scale is a LIAR! Muscle is more dense than fat, so you can be a smaller size & still 150lbs or your same size & 140. I would rather be the smaller size & weigh more! I would love to chat with you further & see if BBL is in fact the best program choice for you. Feel free to email me: michellefitlife@beachbodycoach.com & if you don’t already have a coach you are working with, sign up for a freebie membership (click the orange JOIN) at http://www.michelledougherty.com & I will be assigned to you as your coach. Brazil Butt Lift may be just this program you need, but there may be something else that would work better for you personally. Let’s chat & figure out what is going to help you reach your goals. :)

  6. Stephanie says:

Hello! I was wondering if you posted your before and after photos from the Brazilian butt lift workout? I just started and I’m curious to how much his workout really improves the hips and butt!

    • Hi Stephanie! Unfortunately, I did not take before pictures. Kicking myself for skipping that step now. But you can read customer reviews for the system HERE. Also, once you actually do the workouts & FEEL what they do to your glutes & thighs both during the workout & the next day, you will not doubt that they are working. Sore = change, & you will definitely be sore! Plus since you can add ankle weights & increase the band resistance, you won’t out grow the workouts either. Plus Beachbody offers a money-back guarantee on everything they sell. So if YOU don’t like the workouts or your results – return it for a full refund. But I swear, this will work. :)

  7. Hi Michelle!

I am planning on buying the Brazil Butt Lift since I have some trouble with my thighs. I am fine with the rest of my body, but my thighs (and hips) seem to pack on a bit of excess fat. I was wondering, is this system really effective in slimming and firming the thighs and hips as well, as the butt?

Thank you for your time! :)

Did you have to follow the meal plan to a T to achieve results? I don’t think I would be able to follow it, but I would definitely watch what I eat for a VERY clean diet while doing the program.

    • Hi Claire! YES YES YES! Brazil Butt Lift will totally target & slim you hips & thighs along with your butt. It is the perfect solution for those of us who are normally considered “Pear Shape”. As far as the meal plan goes, whether you follow it or not is your call. Nutrition plays a HUGE role, but that doesn’t mean you have to eat what your nutrition guide says exactly. Especially if you are following a very clean diet. I do recommend using a food journal (I really like the Lose It app for my phone). While journaling can seem tedious, it works! It keeps you honest & I do not snack or cheat nearly as often if I know I need to write it down & count those calories. Shakeology really helped me stay on track nutritionally too since it cut my cravings for junk & was fast & easy. If you are interested in trying the Shakeology with your BBL Program, check out the Challenge Pack HERE! That way it all ships for free & is discounted. LMK if you have any other questions & please keep me posted on how it is going! ~Michelle

  8. Hi Michelle, I used the system for a month and then I decided to take it on a trip with me and my makeover guide got misplaced…please please please help me with the workout for the flat butt :). I started seeing results after 2 weeks and so did everyone else I really need to keep this going!

    • Hi Nita – You are in luck! If you are a Team Beachbody member you can get the entire schedule online! (If you aren’t already a member click HERE & you can join for free) If you are a member, go to Teambeachbody.com, click on GET FIT, & then SUPERGYM. From there just choose AUTO-SCHEDULE. You can pick whichever BBL calendar you need (like the Flat Butt calendar). Hope this helps! ~Michelle

  9. hello there,
i’m really skinny ,and can’t afford myself losing any weight but i definately need some toning. Are brazil butt lift BASICS enough for making my butt tighter ?

    • Hi Angie- Brazil Butt Lift can make anyone’s butt tighter. In your case, I would make sure you are eating enough calories to maintain your weight. Nutrition plays a huge part in weight loss, so if you are working out & eating appropriately (& enough!), you should lose more weight. You will get firmer & tighter & you may lose inches on your butt & thighs. BUT I can guarantee – you will look better with that muscle tone! Does this make sense? LMK if you have any more questions!

  10. Hi Michelle, I’m considering purchasing this program. I have done Chalean Extreme and Turbo Fire (didn’t follow the schedule like I should have). Anyway I have about 25-30 pounds left to lose till I reach my goal. I have already shed 67 pounds. I never had a beachbody coach assigned even though I could have. My question is will this program help me reach my goal? Is there enough cardio? My thighs and butt are definitely my problem areas. I’m wondering if this is enough or if I should just wait until Shaun T’s focus 25 comes out lol. Thanks, Beth

    • Hi Beth! So, since this post has the word HONEST in it, I am going to continue that theme on here & say I still am not a huge fan of the cardio in this program. I would choose Turbofire over Brazil Butt Lift for cardio every time. The High & Tight & Bum Bum workouts are amazing. & Bum Bum has a cardio effect since it is squats & lunges at a fast pace, but it’s not cardio like Turbofire. Honestly, if I were in your shoes, I would pick up the Turbofire calendar & start following that. Then, if you are still tempted by Brazil Butt Lift or Focus T25 in a month & want to switch you can. You may find you want to keep going with Turbofire though when the fat starts melting off you! (Plus you already have it & haven’t completed it. Why spend more money when you already have the tools you need at home?) I am in no way saying you won’t lose weight with Brazil Butt Lift, but I just found I lost MORE with Turbofire. BBL helped lift & tone my lower body muscles & I would recommend it to anyone looking for that! Another option is to do a Turbofire & Brazil Butt Lift hybrid. Mix up the 2 workouts so you are getting the good cardio & the lower body toning. That said, I am about 2/3 of the way through ChaLEAN Extreme now & have lost weight & toned my entire body (not just my legs & butt!) So I’m back to you have some awesome workouts already on your shelf – USE THEM! If you just need some support, I would be honored to be your coach. You can get a free membership to Team Beachbody that includes me as your coach by clicking HERE. I hope this helps! Free free to message me if you need to chat further! ~Michelle

  11. Hello Michelle, my mom picked up BBL a while back and had been doing some of the workouts sometimes and I recently decided I want to do it too. I am 19 and have always had a smaller waist and been bigger in the chest and hips/butt. People say it is an hourglass shape but I really hate it. I also have bad cellulite and have for a while..I hate it with a passion. I’ve never worn bikini bottoms or shorts out in public, and envy the girls my age doing so. I know some people have more trouble with it than others, I am just hoping that BBL will help. I am doing the 6 day supermodel slimdown right now and the workouts with it. I’ve read online before that cellulite doesn’t go away and it breaks my confidence and drive to keep trying to get fit. I feel like if I start eating really well (I already eat pretty good, but better) and do these workouts and others that I should be able to make it go away…do you think that it is possible?

    Thanks, Belle

    • Hi Belle- First off, cellulite is fat. When you lose fat, the look of cellulite should diminish. It may not go away completely since it also has to do with the collagen in your skin in that area, but when you lose excess fat, it will get better. Also a tan really helps diminish the look of cellulite. But do me a favor & do not lay in a tanning bed! It is awful for your skin & is a known carcinogen. Get some self tanner or go get yourself an airbrush tan. You will be a lovely bronze shade in just a few minutes. Another thing, the more you work out & eat healthy, the better you will feel & the higher your self confidence will get. This is a great perk of being physically fit! You may not have the perfect butt & thighs, but you will be proud of how far you have come. No one is perfect, but you can be the best you can be. Strive for progress, not perfection. ~Michelle

  12. Hi Michelle! I’m really interested in purchasing the BBL workout. I’m currently on my second round of Insanity which I LOVE and do three Body Pump sessions a week at my local gym. I’ve seen awesome results but having a pear shape my lower bottom still needs lots of work. Unfortunately I carry most of my fat in my inner thighs and even though Insanity and Pump have really toned my legs and I have visible muscles, my inner thighs and a few fat pockets in that area keep me from wearing shorts or skirts. I work so hard with Insanity and BodyPump but it’s so depressing to see my inner thighs still look ugly and have a wrinkly look especially in the upper thigh area :( I need to lose about 10-15 more pounds to reach my ideal weight, In your opinion would BBL help me tone my inner thighs and lose some of that fat? I am also looking into buying BodyCombat or Turbo Fire but figured this may help me more with my lower body problem…

    • Hi Jana. I am impressed you have done 2 rounds of Insanity already & Body Pump! That is awesome! BBL is great for toning & lifting your butt & firming up those inner thigh muscles, but it can’t spot reduce & get rid of that fat pocket. I wish it could! Fat unfortunately goes with the “first hired, last fired” rule. Where ever you gain weight first, will be the last place you lose it. It’s a bummer, trust me I am right there with you. If you lose those 10-15 lbs you will see those fat pockets shrink. But that is going to come from really watching your diet & being consistent with your workouts. Frankly, I think Cardio Axe won’t be intense enough for you since you have been doing Insanity. You could always sub in an Insanity cardio for the Cardio Axe workout. High & Tight will be your friend, as will Bum Bum. I really thought I would breeze right thru Bum Bum since I was used to intense cardio with Turbofire, but nope! It left me winded big time. & sore. For days. :) Beachbody also recently released BBL Master Series which has gotten some really good reviews! I just bought it, but haven’t had the opportunity to do it yet. That may need to be my next Challenge group… Feel free to contact me & we can chat about this further. Lose last 10-15lbs can be stubborn. But I’m sure we can put our headfs together, create a plan & get you on track to slimmer more toned thighs. :)

  13. Hi! I have a really horrible pair shaped body- as in the top part of my body is pretty much skeletal, but my bottom half REALLY isn’t. I have saddlebags, cellulite, and pretty much a wide, fat bum. Cardio is obviously not my friend, since it just seems to make my top half even more emaciated looking. No matter where I look, I can’t seem to find any exercise program that will help my lower body without compromising my upper body, and it’s really getting me down. Do you think this workout is the right choice for me?

    • Hi Emma! This is difficult, because you can’t spot reduce. You need proper nutrition & cardio to help burn the extra fat – but it will come off everywhere. You also strength training to help shape & tone the muscle. I think Brazil Butt Lift will give you both with a nice emphasis on shaping your lower half. I would also make sure you are doing the Sculpt workout religiously to add some muscle tone to your upper body as well. Don’t skip this! adding some lean muscle to your arms, chest, shoulders & back will help you look more balanced. No more emaciated skeletal upper body for you! Shoulder work especially will help give you the appearance of being more symmetrical. I would love to chat with you further to figure out a plan that will help you slim your lower half while giving you some more shape up top. Please use the contact form to get in touch with me! I think together we can figure this out. ~Michelle

  14. Hey! Great post! I just got in in the mail and I am so excited to use it! I got it because I want to get a bigger rounder and c shaped booty! I eat strictly clean, weight lift 2 days a week, do sprints twice a week, spin classes 1-2 a week, and yoga. I already pass the pencil test, but I want to have a big round butt!! Right now I have not a completely flat butt but its a small butt that needs to become big and c shaped!! Will doing the “volumizer” calendar plan help with that? I am going to Hawaii in 16 weeks and want to have a killer bum bum! Any and all tips are appreciated!! Thank you so much for the helpful post!!(:

    • Awesome Erin! I think that calendar is the perfect option for you. Also, be sure to use a challenging weight. Ankle weights will be your friend! (Though in the moment they may not seem like it. LOL) Seriously, go as heavy as you can while still using good form. That will help build that muscle & lovely shape you are looking for. Take your before & after pictures & PLEASE LMK how it is going! Aloha! ~Michelle
